General Rate Information
The Idaho P.E.O. Chapter House offers a variety of living accommodations for active P.E.O. members and spouses. The only requirements are that she be an active P.E.O., be medically independent and show proof of the ability to pay.
Residency is on a month to month, with no "buy in" required. The first and last months' rent along with a cleaning deposit are due at the beginning of the lease.
For out-of-state residents there is a one-time fee of $100.
Pets are allowed in the cottages only. There is an additional cleaning deposit and monthly fee depending on pet.
All pets must be approved before move in and owners must be able to care for them.
The monthly rent does include the main meal at noon for all residents. For residents with two to a unit there is an extra $250.00 for the additional meal.
The management does maintain a waiting list for general residency or for a specific unit. Residents are able to move into one unit while waiting for another. Current residents are given the opportunity to move as openings occur.
